Name of the students seeking admission in Modern Children Academy are registered on the days notified by the school. Admissions are done on the basis of merit after test as the case may be. However, the school has a right to admit students only to those classes for which they have been found fit.

Every student is expected to put in 100% attendance unless hampered by illness or other an avoidable reasons. Normally, no leave is allowed during the session unless on very pressing ground of emergency and medical ground. Parents are requested to avoid applying for leave except when it is absolutely necessary. On illness, the application for leave must be supported by a proper medical certificate from a qualified and registered medical practitioner most probably M.B.B.S.

All tuition fees are payable in advance by the 15th of every month, a fine of Rs. 10/- will be charged. During vacations the office remains open.

The names of following categories of pupils will be withdrawn from the school :

• Those whose fees are irregular.
• Those who fail twice in the same class and are below average.
• Those whose behavior and conduct, in the opinion of the principal, is harmful to the interest of the school, of a child as well as parents.

The students should come to school in proper uniform prescribed for all the students from play to class VIII. Students without proper uniform are not allowed to attend the school. Belt/Tie and Identity cards are provided by the school on payment.

Please avoid meeting the teachers during the school hours, as it disturbs the studies of the entire class. Parents are not allowed to visit the class-rooms during school hours. Every mid of the month will be a Parent's Teacher meeting. In that only their parents can contact with the teachers. Timings of Parent's Teacher Meeting is 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon.

In Summer : 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
In Winter : 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
After Winter breakes : 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
