Chance given to the every student to become a class monitor and class monitors are changed month to month. So that a spirit of co-operation, sense of belonging and fellow-feeling should developed in every student.

Students are encouraged to take up various projects through which they can get much better knowledge and understanding of various facts and phenomenon without drabness and monotony.

Regular test and examinations help. the students to revise their work and test what is taught in class. For this purpose, regular tests are conducted during the term to assess the student's work.

Not only excellence in academic field but also student's performance in various physical social and cultural activities is assessed and they are duly awarded at the end of the year. Excellence is the hallmark in whatever a child does in the school and outside.

The school encourages regular and continued study by every student and therefore a system of continuous evaluation and assessment of child's work is done.

1. Parents are requested to fill the information about the pupil.
2. Children must arrive in school before the first bell is rung in the morning.
3. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the school and will be sent back home. If late from home please do not sent your ward.
4. A student should be regular to school. Half day leave is not granted except for serious reasons. If a child has to go home during school hours, application must be sent in the morning. Medical appointment should be made after school hours unless required in emergency.
5. Those who are absent for more than ten days without any reason whatsoever , will have their names struck off the rolls.
6. Those who absent themselves from school due to illness must send in a medical certificate along with the leave application.
7. A pupil returning to school after suffering from infectious disease should produce a fitness certificate from a doctor not less than M.B.B.S.

All the parents are requested to extend this co-operation for the proper development of the children. You are requested to ensure that :-

1. The children are provided with necessary books, stationary and uniform.
2. The children come to the school regularly punctually and in proper uniform.
3. The children pay the school fees and other dues on due date.
4. Full attention is paid to the remarks made by the teacher.
5. To go through this calender and check up whether children are doing this hometask regularly and properly.
6. PTM meeting is attended by you.
7. You refrain yourself from any remark of to criticize about the position of the school or any teacher. However, you are most welcome to see the principal for your opinion and suggestions.
8. The subject teachers concerned are consulted at this convenience to get the first hand knowledge of the progress of you children.
9. You respond timely to the reports and information sent to you from the school.
10. The school community expects wholes hearted cooperation from the parents for all round development of children.
